Features
1. The Profile Ace Series can substitute for the Corrugated Knife Cutter Head.

2. Can do rough cut first. When the knives blunt, make a shape. Then do profiling cut.

3. Through Wire Electrical Discharge Machining, customer can freely create shapes.
4. The deepest point of profiling on the insert knife is 15 mm.
5. Spiral angle designed Profile Ace can use more high feeding speed than Corrugated Knife Cutter Head. Improving production efficiency is possible.
6. Tungsten carbide inlaid knife has extraordinary durability. Comparing Straight angle and using HSS knives Corrugated Knife Cutter Head, the processing time of Profile Ace Series is longer, which mean that customer can saving the time loss from frequently replacing knives.
