The corrugated grooves along one side of hook perfectly match the serrated grooves along the knife’s back. This feature eases the knives’s positioning work and makes knives firmly fastened. The maximum width of knife is 70 mm that enhance the number of times re-sharpening. Each Hydro Corrugated Knife Cutterhead has least four hooks, ensuring the workpiece’s surface smooth and beautiful. Except the number of hooks, the cutting angle is also equivalent importance. According to workpiece’s material, we offer 3 kinds of Hydro Corrugated Knife Cutterhead with different cutting degree. First is 12-degree cutting angle cutterhead, dealing with hard wood and man-made material, MDF and plywood etc. This angle can remarkably reduce the tear-out problem. Next is 20-degree cutting angle cutterhead for cutting soft wood. The last is dual-degree cutting angle. Each Dual Angle Hydro Corrugated Knife Cutterhead combines two 12-degree angle hooks and two 20-degree angle hooks, possible to work both soft and hard wood. But, when you encounter tear-out problem, please solely use 12-degree angle side hooks.
